HELP! I dont know what im doing and how to move forward

Ive been working on www.biostockscrash.com for more than a year now. It contains lots of useful(in my eyes) information that can be interesting to other people in this vertical(trading biotech stocks).

Since i have little experience in web development and design, I believe my UI/UX is terribely off. + I have bugs and performance issues.

Traffic numbers are very low as well, so cant really assert any of my assumptions.

Im trying to come up with a plan to revamp my site, but not sure where to start and what to focus on.

Any help would be appreciated.
