[help IH] with sideproject: sell my opensource project
Hi dudes, i am a django indie developer( recently starter).
I started building things time ago. But without revenue.
I had read the http://microsaas.co and that motivate me to start a project with some revenue.
Well i start this, a month ago and finish my first IH projects...
My main problem im not english speaker(im from mexico, lives in yucatan). So the english its not my strength.
Well i release:
If you see its a small django app with conections with gitlab and rocketr.net(billing system).
You add a private gitlab repository and you can sell the developer access for a small fee.
i don't know if i using the correct words for the name!

So if I understand correctly, you are selling the source code to a small django app which lets a developer sell access to their private gitlab repositories to other developers?
Other than the fact that Gitlab is probably capitalised and Opensource should be open source, I think the English is fine.
I'm not sure that you really mean open source though, as per se you wouldn't make people pay for open source software...

the opensource code doesnt mean can be free.. Its open if you paid small fee.
My concept its indepent from licesense its only sale the developer access to the private code!
i see the same flow with spark project from laravel.
that origin comes my idea.
Open Source has a specific meaning. It's about the license used for the software.
What you call "opensource" is not what everyone else calls it, so don't call it that.
The bigger problem: you limit yourself to gitlab when github is 95% of the market.
And if I wanted to sell access to my code with little hassle, I could just ask people to send me money via paypal and then add them as members to my private repo. I don't need an application in that process.
