Help! Malware on my website.

Hi,

Three days ago I tried to go on my website and is down.
It says :
site is currently unavailable.
If you're the owner of this website, please contact your hosting provider to get this resolved.

I contacted the server of the site and they told me that is a malware.

Please if someone can help me with this I will really appreciate it.

*p.s I’ve tried from C panel to delete the malware but I couldn’t find it.
