Help me blog better!

Hi all!

Because explaining things to others is often also the best way to learn, I’ve decided to start writing blogposts about the small weekend projects I sometimes make that can hopefully help other newbies out too. If you have a minute, I would appreciate it a lot if you could leave some feedback about this post. Thanks :)

I usually embed GitHub gists instead of images of code. Very important to be able to copy the snippets.

Thanks, this makes a lot of sense and will do next time

Cool. Here's two nice to haves:

    • Code snippets as syntax highlighted text instead of images. This allows for copy and pasting and makes it accessible.
    • For small examples like this it might be nice to have a link to a codepen so people can play with it in the browser

Both great advice, will do that for my next post :)
