Help Me Get inspired by sharing your experience
Hello Indie Hackers,
I stumbled into this community yesterday and I love it already, and have in some part become motivated to try to do my own project. I'm looking for inspiration and any tips I can get. If you want , share your experience so far, your story and any tips you wished someone gave you when you started :)

I have 0 success so can't provide inspiration that way. I can say what motivates me is building a company and a team that is the workplace I want to work (trauma informed, accepting, achievable promises, healthy life/work balance, etc). I also regularly think about giving back when my company is profitable; I look forward to contributing to open source projects I use, providing a scholarship, and job opportunities?experience for those who might not otherwise get them.
I checked your site and I wouldn't say you have 0 success, you seem to be making efforts to get stuff up and running and that's one type of success! :)

This is my 3rd startup and have never really earned any money from any of my startups so that's what I meant. I beat myself up a lot over that and the reason #2 failed was too much perfectionism and failing to be agile/iterative, which I seem to be falling into again...
