Help me launch this project

What is this project called?
I created a project for my friend. He is running few coffee shops and running a construction site. He wanted to record where he is spending/receiving money. And that is where this web project comes into the picture.
There is no automation in this project. All he will do is to store how much money he collected or expenses in this application. Even though I have this app I don't know what this app idea is called. I know it's not Personal CRM but then what it is?
How do I launch into wider audience?
First I want to know the app category and then I will do the research about where to launch. Please help me with that.
"Money manager for small business owner ", "Cash flow tracker" or something like that? I don't know whether such a category exists. To me, it looks similar to the Walnut money manager app (https://www.getwalnut.com/). That is for personal use. But, this seems to be for a small business owner.
Mmm.. Why I've never thought of money manager. This answer is good.
I think as of now I can set the category as money manager for small business owner. And I am going to research about how to best market ( free/paid ) in this niche.
