I need to setup a newsletter for a friend. They are looking for a simple and free service for this. It will be a weekly curated list content. I need suggestions on the service to use.

I like their easy-to-use interface and you can make your newsletter into a paid newsletter easily @zsumair
What works good is Carrd for website + MailChimp or Octopus for mailing. It will take you 20 min to set it up.
Cost: Carrd $20/year, $10 domain, Mailchimp is free until 2000 subscribers (Octopus until 2500).

Hi @zsumair, you could also look at Revue. You can integrate Pocket for easier curation. Also found this price comparison from @dewanemutunga.
