I have a SaaS tool that does rank checking & monitoring.
I am planning to reach out to SEO companies. The idea being that my rank checking tool can help them save time in preparing reports for their clients by automated rank checking & exporting data in excel form.
I already have a list of prospects that I want to reach out to. I have written a few cold emails. My emails are 60-40 ; 60% is same, and 40% is personalised to that company.
I'd love to have some ideas on how can I boost my chances of them replying, and hopefully signing up for a free trial account on my SaaS app.
Apart from what I've mentioned above, I have also optimized subject lines and first line by personalising them. I need suggestions for the email body.
TIA
I dived into this topic just a while ago and wrote a blog post about it. Hope you find it helpful: https://www.flowrite.com/blog/how-to-write-a-cold-email-a-step-by-step-guide
A very informative blog post @samulipehkonen, thanks for finding time to comment. I am already using some of the tips you've wrote down in the blog post, will implement some more to see how it affects my campaign.
Thanks
Hello Rachit! Look, I'm polishing my cold emails and there are so much of materials out there that I'm confused like you. Here you can find awesome templates in automation campaing section https://snov.io?_get=leads
Enjoy till it's free. I use couple of them and it's not that bad by numbers
Good luck!
Thanks @arturcookiejar, I'll check out snov.io. I had used Snov io in the past but stopped using it for a while, I'll checkout their templates.
Here's some that I put together with the basic info you gave in the post above.
Hey,
I was just browsing through LinkedIn and came across your profile. I noticed that you're a marketer at Company X - looks like you do a lot of SEO work with them. Is this correct?
We are launching Serpify (www.serpify.com), which is an automated rank checking tool that can help save time in preparing reports for their clients by exporting data to excel form or emailing it to the client of their choice each day. For those that don't know about our product, here's what we offer: ____ ____ ____
Would love to chat with you briefly if you have any questions!

Hi FIRST_NAME,
I came across your profile on LinkedIn and noticed that you are a SEO Manager. I've been working in this field for the past year and have found it to be pretty tough. There is so much data out there that it can feel overwhelming at times trying to find what you need when you need it. It's also time-consuming which can really affect productivity!
That's why we created Serpify - a rank checking tool designed specifically for search engine optimization professionals like yourself who want real-time updates on their client ranking reports without wasting precious hours manually researching each site individually or downloading gigabytes of data from various sources only to export into an Excel spreadsheet later!

There are more ideas but always try to start with context as to why you are reaching out.
Hi, thank you so much. I loved the idea of mentioning the linkedin profile
What I'll do from my side is checkout one of their latest post and mention something related to their post to make the outreach even more targeted.
What do you think ?
Exactly, or even take some time to see what they have mentioned previously and Like and comment on it if you have something of value to say. Can always check out Twitter etc and see what their general thoughts and feelings are.
Sometimes you can even find pain points in LinkedIn posts which can be super useful.
But yeah the more context you add, the easier it is to get a response back.
Yeah, it's a confusing situation I am in. I want to add more value but keep the email short and crisp as well.
Most likely, I'll hire a VA to do the research process.
