HELP NEEDED! Roast my SaaS Idea!

Trying to achieve the below plan without coding if possible. Not that advanced in programming.

Main Premise:

Imagine that you see a position at Google for a Data Engineer. You want that position. You think you're qualified... but you don't know what exactly they're looking for, actual years of experience, that are ACTUALLY getting jobs, the format of their resumes, etc.

Bob, who just got a data engineering position, signs up for Company X as a contributor that allows him to submit his exact resume (with personal details removed, with the exception of geographic location) to others that are subscribed to company X that pays Bob a fee for sharing his insights.

In turn, the consumer gets a very tailored experience to get a crystal clear look into what it takes exactly to get where Bob is. and Bob gets to have the gratification of helping someone else and making residual income on his success story.

Business Model:

This will be a subscription-based business.
Subscribers will pay either monthly for access or yearly for a discounted rate
In their subscriptions, customers can either do one of two things.
Subscribe to a setlist of companies (Facebook, Netflix, Google, UBER) And receive all job postings from these companies
OR more lucratively, they can subscribe to a particular position that is unbiased to whatever company they are looking at

First-tier: they can get access to 1 job
Second-tier: 2-5 jobs
Third-tier: 5- 15 jobs

Even still there could be a model that combines the best of both worlds. (I would love some input here)

Products:

Company insights:

Subscribers would be given a Glassdoor look on steroids. A curated collection of the best and most helpful tidbits of information that successful contributors have made.
Subscribers have resume templates from successful contributors
Subscribers have compensation information accurately, with all data exposed (In a tech-nerdy fashion)
Subscribers have community
Detailed case study for each job position for each company over time is the goal.

Deep Linked Referrals:

Subscribers have the opportunity to pick their dream team!
A dream team is an anonymous 5 person squad of people (including yourself) that you feel would work as hard or harder than you do and does high-quality work.
These people could be people that you worked with in the past or present. They do not have to be all from the same industry. Could be in tech and you refer someone in HR or finance for example. Ideally, it is in the same field though so that you could work together. This list is provided by the subscriber using the email address or LinkedIn profile for their 4 people that they would recommend.
Companies would be able to sort through prospective candidates more easily based on their Tier levels (Discussed below) (Bronze - Platinum) and be able to source high caliber talent that will be more or less like the person they hired. Company X would take a cut of the referral bonus if any. Companies would be able to pay Company X for high performing applicant pools.

BLIND like chat:

Subscribers would be able to interface with anonymous gold tiered contributors to be able to ask questions that they couldn't before to learn about the interview process, company dynamic, etc etc. Much like the healing power of Reddit to help the people that need it most.
Premium written content and or videos:
A collection of news stories that are tailored to that particular industry.
Also for subscribers the premium job/industry-specific commentary kinda like Medium for each company.

P2P Live Mock Interviews:

Users who are anticipating interviewing can mutually interview each other to practice whiteboard coding, answering scenario-based questions, and practice off the cuff thinking with a live person. Much like Uber or Airbnb, this service would connect at least two different individuals who were serious about interviewing to be able to prep both of them.
Once one interview was completed they can either switch roles or schedule with someone else to get varied experience. Interviews will be conducted via live video calls either through Zoom, Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc. Ideally, this would be through my companies proprietary connection. Phone interviews would also be available.

Ad Revenue:

Interested companies could run sponsored posts, ads, etc in Company X's news feed to cater to their audience.

Tiers of Contributors:

Different levels of contribution:

Bronze: for people that made it past more than 2 interviews
Silver: For people that made it past more than 4 interviews
Gold For people that got the job
Platinum for people who got the job that contributed, and got a raise at their current position

Each level of contribution warrants higher pay from the subscribers.

Second-tier SUBSCRIBERS have access to the complete write up by the Gold CONTRIBUTORS: their regrets, successes, projects, private code repositories, feedback on subscribers resumes, premium youtube content, leetcode example questions that helped, etc.
Gold Tier contributors have an option to write featured columns in the blog post. Gold contributors and up have the opportunity to have a referral link to their resume template.

Price:

1st tier: $20 per month for the monthly subscription, $215
2nd tier 25 per month for the monthly subscription, $300/275 for a year
