Help needed - WP forms sending to CRM

I am currently trying to set up a document/data flow for sending information collected from a potential customer on my WP site, to a CRM. So far I have been trying ZOHO form and CRM but it's limited in that Zoho is only allowing one integration per form. Are there any suggestions?
