Help? No code tool for building a twitter bot

Hi friendly IH community,

I've googled, I've asked some Slacks, I've searched twitter, I've searched IH. I'm looking for a tool to help stand up a twitter bot quickly and easily. Do you know one?

I'd like to build a bot that responds to mentions and commands (similar to https://twitter.com/threadreaderapp/) and interfaces with other web APIs.
The no code tools I've checked so far fit into one of two categories:

Twitter functionality is limited so you can't reply to a tweet
You have to manage authentication yourself

If I'm going to have to handle generating a signature then it'd be easier to just use libraries like Shalvah did here.
