Help please!

I have been struggling finding the right developer a software. We have been working on it 18 months now with different developer. I am in quite bit of money now.

The software is based on Laravel Livewire, Vue and Tailwind

What do you suggest I do next to find the person that is capable?
Where do you recommend I look for developers?

Any help is appreciated.
