Help registering a software consultancy company in Hyderabad, India

Hi guys,
Planning to register a software consultancy company. Can anyone please help in the legal stuff, like how to register, paperwork, etc.
Found this site http://quickcompany.in/ which shows a fairly simple process to do it online, but don't know if it is trustable.

    I've used https://www.spiceroutebusiness.com/. They are excellent. LLP and Pvt Ltd both take 4 weeks. Pvt Ltd is useful only if you plan to issue equity to raise funds. However, they come with a lot of compliance needs.

    LLP is great if you don't need funding. The compliance needs are way lower.

    I've used indiafilings.com in the past and they're great! Not sure about the one you posted.
