Help scaling a job board
I've been running a job board for a little over a year now and it has been going really well. The job board specializes on Tech jobs in Northern Ireland. Each month, on average, the revenue is around $250. The pricing model is simple, pay some money and the job stays on the site for 30 days.
I'm wondering how I can grow my revenue and would love to hear some of your thoughts on how I could do that. Check it out and let me know what you would do if it was your website.

I forgot the name, but came across a job board from product hunt recently that scraped job postings from thousands of startups' websites to gain some initial traction.
You may consider something similar and start charging later and introduce add-ons like mentioned by @meesterfox: sticky post, company logo, post to Twitter, etc.
Another option could be to build a community for the Northern Ireland tech community (blogs, slack, news, meetups, newsletter, etc.) to attract both companies and candidates to your website.
Alternatively, you may consider reaching out to companies and existing tech forums / user groups to try your product and give feedback

This isn't my area of expertise but I wonder if perhaps expanding your niche could help get more listings? Perhaps geographic or even role? Maybe also including other job functions but at tech companies? Some other ideas...I think you can increase the price to post -- many job boards i see charge $150 a listing.
Curious did you code the job board yourself? I was doing some research for my wife before (she is launching a job board for her CSR newsletter) and didnt come across many boards that looked as slick as yours!
Thanks for the feedback! I think one of the hard things about increasing the niche I cover is that it's really hard to build up jobs before you get candidates and vice versa, but I may look into making the job board relevant for all of Ireland.
It is completely custom built. It used Firebase on the backend, Next.js on the frontend and I use the Tailwind CSS library to help with styles.

I think expanding to all of Ireland could be a good option to consider. Also like the idea someone shared above about hosting tech meetups!
