Help to find personas in the behavioral science field for validation

Hi everyone,

I'm working on http://careability.co/, an app to match parents of special-needs children with sitters who have relevant certificates and education to care for those unique care requirements.

I have hypothesized that the ideal persona for a sitter would be someone in the behavioral science field and would have any of the following certificates:

• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

I'm struggling to find these people so I can talk to them to see if they would find any value in this and validate whether or not they are the right persona. Does anybody have connections within your network to people with these certificates that you can possibly connect me with? Or does anybody know of any online communities that I can possibly tap into?
