Help to improve and decide when to publish posts!

I am working on building and growing The Takeaway (thetakeaway.substack.com), a platform with concise and insightful lessons from history and world-class performers to help you become smarter in your personal and professional life. Now a prototype but growing and evolving!
I have been trying to curate better content and improve on the format. I am looking for feedback on how to improve as well as what day of the week would this type of content be more relevant... Sunday on a relaxed day or Friday to close the week. Thanks!
For the day to send.... I think it depends who they are. Friday might be the day they’re thinking only about the weekend so don’t have the capacity for anything deep. Sunday could be the time they sit and collect thoughts. Or they might be the types to be full on focused with family until Monday morning.
Also, what do you want them to do with the info? If you’re trying to get them to take action and make changes, then beginning of the week, is in theory, better (according to Cialdini in this podcast https://podboxer.com/episodes/mastering-the-art-of-persuasion-with-dr-robert-cialdini - disclaimer... that is my site). So maybe send on a Monday?
Best thing to do is ask your audience if you already have one. If not, think about the above but don’t stress it. Pick a day and start sending.
