Help turn a side project into a great startup!
Hello everyone, I created bookeclub.com for my girlfriend not really expecting much out of it, it is an online platform for people to start online book clubs. To my surprise is starting to get lots of sign-ups, but I don't know how to take it to the next level. My expertise is in software development and not in business. The software works great, but it can be much further improved.
I'm trying to find someone with an external view and business experience either to partner up or to contract for help.

How many is lots of signups? Over what time frame?
Great idea and software, this is the future.
Lots of people don't have the time and dislike meeting in person and do their book club activities.

Constantly ask your costumers about what would find amazing if they could do in your product.
You can gather information about book clubs, what they do, what rituals do they have, how are they currently solving those issues and bake everything in your product without spending months on each feature.
