Help Us Name Our Company
Hey all,
We're trying to name our company. Our MVP isn't far from being finished and we're looking to file the business before we beta launch in Spring. It'd be very helpful if you'd take this 60 second (1 question survey) to help us finalize the name.

What domain extension are you thinking of going with?
I personally think you should go with a .COM and not a .CO
Yea we're hoping for a .com domain but it'll depend on the name we go with. I'd do .io over .co but .com first and foremost.
We've been going with Dainty which means:
but another leading option is Hungri, for obvious reasons.
I also really like the name Alfred.

I don't think of food when I read "dainty", it sounds more a like a dainty or petite woman or something along those lines
Yea that's why we were thinking about changing the name, even though it is a food word. I'm just trying to find a name that sticks out and doesn't just sound like an app because if our model works I could see bigger companies stealing it so we were really have to concentrate on building a brand image and community that people like and will want to keep coming back to. It won't be in our MVP but we plan to have reviews and posting but it'll be something we'll test out.
I like the name Dainty, it rolls off the tongue. I initially wouldn't have thought about that as the definition but now that you explained it, it fits your company perfect. I think of companies like Nike, Apple, and Amazon with it. Their names wouldn't be the first go to option for their company (like Hungri) but the definition and idea behind the name makes them make a whole lot of sense and really creates their brand image. I like Alfred as well and anything in the realm of Butler names really, but beware of infringing on other company names.
From the description it's more about replacing the waiter than the food itself, so I'd think more names in that realm (like butler as someone else said). Garcon or something in that realm?
Agreed. I was looking up Butler names this morning actually. Unfortunately Alfred is already taken and overused as it is. Thanks for the feedback. I like Garcon too!

I really appreciate this. Yea I agree all the names right now sound like delivery app names and some of them are too cute and don't make sense.
