Hi guys,
I was doing some research to see how we could use customer review websites such as Trustpilot to generate leads. Whatever I read, only points towards using such websites for social proof/credibility rather than to directly generate leads.
Has someone directly generated leads through this? Is this is a viable channel? My knowledge on this front is pretty limited and am just trying to understand if this is something I should focus on.
Just for context, we are a B2B services company (vetted freelance platform) and are already looking into SEO, Google Ads, Quora and alternatives websites to generate leads. Hence, looking at other inbound opportunities.
Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks,
Karthik
try looking for negative reviews of your competitors and reach out to the reviewers pitching your service as a better solution to their needs that the other company wasn't able to cover
Sounds great @kacpe. I presume this would have to be cold through mails or LinkedIn, etc.?
Exactly. Plus, you can try using a service like visualping.io to monitor the specific reviews pages for new reviews to be able to reach out to them as fast as possible.
Amazing advice. Thanks @kacper
