Help validate my idea

There is this idea that has been on my mind for some months now but I don't know if it's something that can be profitable.
It's all building, monetizing and selling chrome extensions. Sort of creating a site for listing the extensions available for sale and putting a price on them.
There would be brand new extensions and also there would be extensions that have generated some revenue let say at least $100+ MRR
Is this something you would buy?

Yes, they would be freemium/premium chrome extension, with payment system integrated and probably with some content to kickstart the MRR.
I've got many chrome extension ideas, I just thought of building them out for sale.
