[Help wanted] Beta website feedback: Review for review?

Hey 👋

I'm soon launching my beta website (Sendsheet.co) and would love some feedback on it. I'm more than happy to have a look at yours also - So paste a link if you like.

Some starting Q's, but happy with all thoughts and constructive feedback.

  • Is it clear what the product is, and who it is for?
  • How does the voice of the copy make you feel?
  • What do you see as improvements that could be made?

P.s If you are interested in trying Sendsheet.co in a closed beta, leave your email below or on the website!

Thanks,

    Hi Geordi!
I like the site design - I left some comments directly on the UI here - https://capsule.click/commentary/773528a5-66cc-4912-8fef-d6c9fff77844
You can respond there or here.

      Hey @himat 👋

    Hi Geordi,

    1. The current headline is confusing. The pain point is visible but does not connect. Maybe something like: "Losing time in scheduling emails and SMS?"

    2. I see that you are pitching on time saving. Here are a few suggestions to make it click more:
      "HOW IT WORKS SECTION"
Heading: All it takes is 10 minutes to setup

    3. Add your audience (Hardly takes 3 minutes)

    4. Write your content (5 minutes with our templates)

    5. Schedule or send (2 minutes or less)
Wow, and we even saved a minute.

    6. The experience is more important the features itself. You have dedicated a section to features but the experience section "Sendsheet helps to {animated text}" needs more space and it's also better to highlight common experiences with illustrations or something. For example engagement experience, reminders experience and more.

    7. I really like the subtle background gradient animation in the hero section. The purple heading text does not have a good contrast. You need to change that to a lighter color. White also works perfect, too.

    Hope this helps.

      Hey Arslan!

Thank you for such great suggestions and I really appreciate you took the time to have a look :)

I agree with the pain point not being as clearly communicated as it could be - I'll have a think how I can improve on it

      Some stuff to ponder!

      Thanks again

Really glad that it resonated with you. 👍

Great job with the CTA buttons! I like purple as your attention grabbing color. Maybe you could work on the header. I was at the beginning not sure what you are really doing. Maybe put the Sendsheets helps ... there? This animation was great.

If you have feedback for us (paperless.io) I would be grateful to hear it.

Thank you for your insights! I agree, have some things to go through and fix up - super happy to get this feedback on the v1. The animation can be found here if you use react for any of the websites: https://github.com/tameemsafi/typewriterjs

      On paperless:
I was impressed by how quickly I understood what the product did after watching the initial product animation. The UI looked similar to how HelloSign looks for me - but this feels like it takes it to the next step.

I had to read the line 'Paperless documents got security built-in.' a couple of times too - it felt like I misread it? Maybe 'Paperless documents have security built-in.' but maybe I'm interpreting it incorrectly :)

Is this early access a beta type thing? I felt like for a product where I may potentially hold sensitive documents I want to know the pricing around it - even if you have 'free during early access period' or something - I found no information on pricing and assume you will charge for it?

Overall I thought it was a great site for its purpose - Clean, modern but very professional - I felt like I could trust Paperless which I guess is key for the audience you are aiming for.

      Thanks again for your time!

      Geordi

Thanks for the awesome feedback! We work on the price site but will only show it after we had our launch. Yes, it is for early beta access. Did you join or was it not clear so that you would stay away?
