Help: What should I look into? 🙈

Hi my name is Lukas!

I am pretty new to the community and looking for an advice in which direction my side hustle could head & how to start.

Some words about me: I had the chance to grow personally and professionally with one of the fastest growing FMCG/Food start ups in Europe. Being responsible for the operations & processes from day one, I went through the process of scaling the company from selling & producing 100 products a month to millions nowadays. I also took care of internal growth handling, ERP & giving project management a structure.

The founders sometimes connect me to some of their start up buddies seeking for advice. In most cases I feel like these conversations really make a difference for them and that I can share valuable experience and hints.

Thinking about it, it came to me that I really like helping and solving problems in areas around operations. So, what can you do? Simple consulting? Is there a product/SaaS to be build, or are there others things to monetize my experience?

You see, lots of questions in my head. What I know: I want to start up sooner or later. What I also know - this is not the area of expertise you see a lot on places like Indie Hackers, Product Hunt etc.

I am happy for any advice, contacts or ideas about what I should do next :)
