Help with Paid Media in the States±

Hello beautiful indieHackers. I'm looking to launch an e-commerce business in the states. I have a specific budget and strategy, but was hoping someone on here could spare 30 minutes for a call and see if they could offer any guidance.

My strategy revolves around Paid Media(Facebook and Instagram), as the product would hit best with audiences on these platforms. Potentially with an influencer Marketing Strategy as well.

My main questions would revolve around

1. what would be the best way to optimise my paid media campaign for the most success
2. is there any channel/approach i should consider (coming from South Africa, I'm not as intimate with the American Market
