Hi,
I'm working on a product that gives creators the tools, space and support they need to cultivate 1,000 true fans. You can see the landing page https://pyram.co/
Still early days, but wanted to ask if you have any immediate feedback about:
If you have momentum already and are interested in beta testing with us, please drop me a line. We're putting a little team together to help ensure all our beta testers get the attention and support they need to make this thing go.
Thanks so much.
Stay motivated!
ps. Big shout out to @andrewkamphey for sharing feedback via Loom. That was awesome and greatly appreciated!
Hi Billy,
Can you clarify who's your potential target?
It looks like it's addressing unestablished creators but I'm wondering if this goes against what early stage creators want? My initial assumption is that their goal is to get exposure. By using Pyram, a creator would be taking away their interactions with their fans on popular platforms, reducing the possibility that their work gets spread and recognized by potential fan?
What do you think?
Our assumption is that Pyram will be a complement to existing platforms.
For example...
You can play on Telegram or Facebook Groups or Whatsapp or whatever. Host a podcast.
Youtube channel. And still provide an intimate unique campfire experience with a very select group of fans who want to learn from you and support you in ways that they can't on the named platforms.
At least, that's our bet.
In terms of target customer.
Two types.
Creators with existing fans who are actively looking at the needs of their audience and want to create a custom more exclusive intimate experience.
Creators with insider knowledge about their domain who are in the early days of building a following. They might have a back catalog of content that they aren't inspired to package up in a course format. Or maybe it's not appropriate for traditional social media channels. Y
@alexbouchardd You def have nailed what our big hurdle is. Convincing creators that it's worth their time to develop yet another channel ain't gonna be easy, mane.
Will keep you posted about how this things goes.
