Helping Local Businesses Dominate Search with AI

Hi Indie Hackers!

I’m excited to share what I’ve been working on: LitarelAI.

After working with various entrepreneurs and small businesses, I noticed a common pattern—local SEO is often treated as a "black box." It’s either too expensive to hire an agency or too complex to manage with existing enterprise tools.

I built LitarelAI to change that. It’s an AI-native local SEO audit tool designed specifically for small businesses and agencies. In less than 60 seconds, it scans 50+ ranking factors (Google Business Profile, NAP consistency, technical issues) and provides a prioritized, actionable checklist to outrank local competitors.

What’s inside?

• Instant AI-driven audits.

• Competitor analysis and ranking snapshots.

• Professional PDF reports for agencies.

I’m currently in the early stages and would love to get some feedback from this amazing community. If you have a local business or manage SEO for clients, feel free to run a free audit at https://litarelai.com/ and let me know what you think!

Looking forward to connecting with fellow founders!
