Helping software engineers improve and get promoted faster

Hello everyone,

I am building a tool that measures performance of software engineers in real time and stores the data in a master dashboard. The dashboard is 100% private and your performance is measured in relation to the tasks worked on, giving it the necessary context. I'm looking for a few people to test this and tell me if this helps them improve and/or get promoted!
