Here’s a strategy you can use to “come up with a SaaS idea”,
After interviewing 100s of founders on the B2B SaaS Podcast, this is how almost 95% of SaaS founders get their ideas. It might be not be a conscious process, but they eventually end up fitting themselves into existing markets.
The rest 5% are category creators. It takes a ton of resources (funding) to create a new market by educating people. Don’t do this if you’re a first time founder.
Definitely, I am hearing this after a long time but it's really a great strategy to come up with saas ideas. Where we can see already who are the clients and ready to try a better solution.
Also, I just posted a blog about my launch and nextJS. May be you find it interesting.
