Here's how I made it easy for passionate users of my product to track updates! 🌟

I keep getting several messages in the slack community of Ruttl from people about feature suggestions and queries regarding product updates that we keep pushing out.

Until recently, I was pushing out those updates into the blog section of my website. However, all those product updates would get merged into the valuable blogs and it just started becoming jumbled up mess.

So, I just looked up few inspiration websites and went ahead to create a dedicated Product Updates page for Ruttl! Now, it's super easy for my website visitors AND passionate users to track the updates that our team keeps pushing out!

What do you think of it guys? How are you communicating your updates to your base of users?

Cheers,

Use a tool like https://noorahq.com and connect product updates to your roadmap + user feedback to have a complete feedback loop :)

This seems like a great solution that you've built @Glenn. I'll definately check it out, thanks for sharing!

There are lots of tools and techniques for communicating product updates. A really common one is to use video, which you have done. Here's some good examples of that: https://www.tella.tv/blog/product-update-videos

Another common tool is https://www.getbeamer.com/ which is a SaaS for product 'what's new' in your product. Definitely a powerful to share product updates.

PS I really like your tool and will consider using it when roasting landing pages as I love the edit of live-editing text. However whenever I click on Edit on your demo page, I am returned an error.

Both the products look great @olly! What's new is very important, which is why I have it inside my app as well. I'll check out these suggestions soon!

And thanks a lot for your feedback! Can you tell me what error you received while trying to use the edit function?

That's great to hear @Primer! Do share it here later once it's live, I'd love to see it as well.
