Here's what happened after a week of buying backlink from Fiverr
Before buying backlinks, I was trying to manually build backlinks. But unfortunately it was not working. Apparently the sites I added backlinks were not frequently crawled by Google.
Then I considered buying backlinks from Fiverr for my website:

Yes, there are quite a lot of scammers on it. It took me sometime to identify an apparently sensible service provider. I paid around USD200 for 200 backlinks from 200 domains.
A week later, these backlinks are doing their job - helping improve the domain UR and it started being indexed by Google. Some of them are found in Google Search Console as well.
I am not trying to find a short cut, but a new website really needs some backlinks to help Google index and ranks pages faster.

Just curious, how could you avoid the scammers?
I would not worry too much about organic and google, but as long as google does not see these tactics as spammy, it can not hurt. So keep your tabs on it, and do not go too far...
Agree. As long as the links you acquired are not from spam/gamble/porn site/malicious sites, the links wont do harm to your domain generally.
Wow, that is impressive! Do you have a process of finding backlink providers? As someone with a new website, that would be very useful.
Also, doesn't this put you at risk of getting de-indexed by Google? Or does that actually not violate their TOS?
