My answers were sent to more than 20 Million+ people. Of course, this was not in one go. But in a staggered manner.
This alone brought me a ton of traffic. I was selling a digital product on Quora.
What I was doing is, just add a small CTA at the end of my answers, But not every answer. This would make Quora collapse my answer. So I was cautious there.
I wrote for only 30 minutes a day on Quora. Just answering one answer per day. After somewhile, that answers got me more traffic daily.
My criteria were simple:-
These strategies alone brought me daily traffic & my sales would kick in. These were mostly quality traffic because I was choosing the questions quite carefully.
I even made a Google Sheet & made a list of which answers I would go for. Ticked those day by day.
I got clients from Quora. Wrote answers for them. For one of my clients, the answers converted at 30% for lead generation. Since the client's requirement was Inviting People into a Whatsapp Group & Later sell services. Leads were generated via 3 answers at a whopping 30%.
That was insane.
Later, I also got a chance to become a Micro-Influencer on Quora. Initially, I thought it was a scam. But then I came to know that companies are really hiring micro & nano influencers on Quora. I was amazed.
Wrote for them as well & they paid per answer.
I even wrote a book on Quora Marketing Later & launched in the month of March. Got tremendous response.
So all in all, my perspective towards content marketing on Quora changed that day onwards. I know that many people hate Quora due to low-quality answers & spam that goes in. But people do appreciate High-Value Answers.
Your aim should be high-value answers that impress the reader. That's what I was able to do.
In the future, these are the channels I would focus more on:-

Tejas, thank you for your insight! I will put it to practice :)

Awesome dude. I struggled on there the past few days I think I was too promotional for my SAAS. I need to tone it down.
My niche is podcasters and video content creators. Any suggestions on a format that works well? Obviously hammer in the value but how can I go about dropping a link and screenshot of the product without raising red flags? Here is what I am marketing https://storycreatorapp.com/
Nice app there. What I will suggest to you is, try to find questions that make your product relevant. For eg:- Video content is really effective for social media.
So search for "powerful social media strategies" or "social media strategies"
then filter question wise. There you write answers on why video format works well on social media & how engagements increases & ultimately the conversions.
Tell about the benefits here.
Now, tell people, here's how you can create a simple video using the StoryCreatorapp ( Put your link here)
Now, include screenshots, gifs ( screen to gif), videos & explain.
Lastly tell them this app also has a free version. So feel free to use it.
The last line include this--> P.S:- I am the Founder of StoryCreatorApp. Do Let me know if you have any questions.
So when you do this, first of all, you are showing honesty, disclosure of affiliation of the product ( which is good acc to Quora Policy).
Include more visuals, screenshots & try to be as honest as possible.
Interlink your answers. Ans A to Ans B & so on.
I hope you got it. Thanks :)
P.S:- If you need some more detailed strategies, I have this in my Quora guide

@andelob No don't use the fresh account. It's fine as of now. But start writing quality answers with more content. Include visual images too. If you need anything, you can connect with me on Twitter
