I have done over 100 problem-solution interviews and made a pivot 1 month ago. I know some of you from Product Management or Development side, so would be great to hear any feedback on idea.
The concept is interesting! I think something like this would be helpful for the stakeholders who are more like collaborators on my projects. For me, most of my stakeholder conversations (execs) are done over in person reviews. It'd be helpful for note-taking and following up with their feedback though.
