ThreadClear analyzes conversation threads (email, Slack, Teams, SMS) and finds the problems hiding in them — unanswered questions, tension between people, forgotten follow-ups. Privacy-first: nothing is stored.

What's live right now:

Biggest lesson so far: I had a "Request Early Access" gate for months. Nobody signed up. The moment I let people try it without an account, everything changed. Show value first, ask for signup after.
