I’m Vyacheslav, and like many of you here, I’m constantly juggling multiple projects. Whether it’s building a new SaaS or scaling an existing tool, I always hit the same wall: the hiring process.
We’ve all been there. You need a specific task done, so you open Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, and maybe a few niche boards. Two hours and 40 open tabs later, you’re drowning in mediocre profiles, copy-pasted proposals, and "Top Rated" badges that don't always mean quality.
The problem isn't a lack of talent—it's the massive amount of noise we have to filter through manually.
That’s why I’m building Gigsterly.
Gigsterly is an AI-powered search engine designed to be your "shortcut" to the best freelancers. Instead of you visiting five different platforms and manually vetting candidates, our AI does the heavy lifting. It’s trained to look past the keywords and identify truly high-quality experts across the fragmented freelance ecosystem.
The Goal: Turn a 3-hour vetting process into a 30-second search.
Where I am right now: I’m currently in the trenches of refining the AI's selection logic and aggregating the right data sources. It’s a challenge to teach an algorithm to "sense" quality, but that’s the most exciting part of the journey.
I’d love your feedback on two things:
When you're looking for freelancers, what is the #1 "red flag" or pain point that eats up your time?
Would you trust an AI-curated shortlist, or do you still prefer the "old school" manual scrolling?
I'm planning to share my progress, wins, and failures here as I build this out. If you've struggled with hiring as an indie founder, let's chat!
Cheers, Vyacheslav
