Hey Indie Hackers,
first post here.
I started AdroitVault because I was tired of building stuff for other people. I wanted a product that was mine.
What kept bugging me is pretty boring, honestly. Businesses lose the same visitors to the same questions (pricing, shipping, hours, "do you have X?"), and someone still has to sit there answering them.
So I built AdroitVault. It’s an AI chatbot you put on your website. It answers from your content, can search a product or tour catalog in the chat, picks up leads, and can pass the conversation to a human when needed. There’s also Vault for project documents with search.
I’m not trying to invent “AI for everything.” I just wanted a SaaS that helps turn visitors into customers, saves people time, and feels clean to use.
It’s live. Free plan to start, Pro from €9.99/mo. Got approved on SaaSHub recently. Small win, but I’ll take it.
I’ll post more as I go.
If you’ve shipped SaaS: if this were yours, what would you fix first? Onboarding, how I’d pitch it, or the pricing?
Ask me anything. Or tell me what’s weak.
