Hey, just released a new product, but many of my friends didn't understand how to use it. Does it happen the same to you?

Hello friends!

As the title says, I'm doing the first iteration of my project. It is a landing page builder.
Ironically, it seems the landing page / demo is too hard to understand.

Could you please tell me if you think the same?

    It's a nice landing page builder @mikealche

ONLY if people understand markdown and have patience to click next template

Would be awesome if you can make the instruction really stupid, so that people like me could understand :p

If people can't figure out how to create a signup form, what makes you think they know markdown? Just my 2 cents on the execution of the landing page. Otherwise the landing page itself is a bit misleading. You aren't getting subscribers. You are getting a signup form (if u opt) on a landing page.

I understand what you are trying to do. It's clever but the visitor is not expecting that. You can try what https://bubble.io is doing, specifically "Edit this page in bubble". Once the user clicks on this button, he knows that he's editing the page.

BTW you are creating a landing page builder. But that shouldn't be an excuse for not having a fantastic landing page for your own product. Build a great one and let people edit it how bubble allows others.
