Always open to feedback!
signed up and gave this a shot. nice to see mainstream app features (encryption, on-boarding flows etc.). only thing I could mention is that once I got into the dashboard side, and went through the on-boarding, I kind of forgot why I was there. Was really trying to think of a way I could utilize app, but ultimately fell through.
Major suggestion I could give is to target a customer niche. Not new, but in this case, I would of been more inclined to explore if I knew app was for helping students studying for exams, or busy doctors in hospitals etc. Again, wasn't sure what the overall context was, so I fell off...
Appreciate you taking time to check it out, totally understand this! I’ve been thinking about this a lot because although I personally find a lot of value in using it, I know it has a usefulness curve, where unless you use it consistently for a little while, it doesn’t actually do much.
As for targeting a niche, I’ve been thinking of adding a quick questionnaire upon sign in to gauge their use case and directing them toward tips on how to best use it for that purpose.
Again, thanks for checking it out!

I'd love some honest feedback as I have no product/market fit yet and a lot of people sign up to the free trial and never return...
I just tried the demo, didn't sign up for the actual 30 day trial.
Initial thoughts: beautiful interface, and intuitive! I used the OKR system a lot at my previous job, and really found a lot of value from it. We used 7Geese as our tool, which was fully comprehensive.
Looking at your solution, it seems that the value proposition is one-sided--to those who are managing people. If I were Tony Stark for example, I don't necessarily see this as a sticky product, except as a way to make my manager think that I'm engaged and happy. what 7Geese was great at was making it mutually beneficial, and tying the ultimate Objective to the actions that are being done daily and weekly. i think that you are kind of going there, with the short term commitments, but it is not as clear of a link. so ultimately maybe framing the 1v1s around a well known framework like OKRs can help user adoption? also 7Geese was great at aligning the whole organization around the main objectives, and it visualized how things cascaded down from there to the individual tasks.
those are my 2 cents, hope that it makes sense from my perspective of having enjoyed a similar product experience.
Thanks for the time and feedback, Gen!
You are right that the team members do not get much value from it. This is true for basically all other competitors in this space of 1:1 meeting software. We sell the software to the manager, so kind of makes sense. So that's exactly where I will start to differentiate myself and be unique.
In my software, the team members can already create their own account (which is not possible in my competitors). The next features on the roadmap are creating a "status tracking" for goals, with notifications for the team members checking weekly how the advancement of their goals is going. I hope to go this path of a "goal achievement tool".
The idea of positioning it around OKR is neat, but I'm afraid I would go too niche with it. I only have the 1:1 meeting tool right now; 7Geese is a complete solution for the organizational needs of a company -- mine is just for individual managers.
But it might possible to add features that are good for people who use OKR, without necessarily positioning it as only for people who use OKR.
