Hey Product people, how do you organise acquired knowledge?

Knowledge can be articles, quick notes about topics, sections of blog posts or books or even bookmarks.

Curious to know the way to handle this day-to-day information

I usually write down in some note apps like default note app of ios. Recently I tried notion I think it is better for organizing my notes. Beside that I use sometimes mindmap for connecting things when I read.

Whenever I feel the need to write something down or to make notes about a piece of content, I always put it inside of my notetaking app (currently Reflect) with the link included so I can always go back to that piece of content if and when I need it later.

Reflect is promising. Similar to what obsidian and roam does.

Right now I use https://bit.ai/ for me and my team.

    • save for later in Pocket. purge the whole list on Sundays evening.
    • long term stuff that i will use for reference later in MindNode
    • quick journaling during the day in Day One
    • proper summary after digestion in iA Writer
    • oh, and tasks in Things

personally i don't keep much other stuff. also stuff that are "less" relevant are purged every week, so that i don't end up with a list of things that i "should" read but never do. if i "should" read then i would have read them during the week.
