Hey Saas founders, can you help me validate a problem?

Hey folks, I'm a small saas founder and I have this pain point where everyday I'll spend some time viewing my metrics on a couple of different platforms, stripe, google analytics, google search console, custom api endpoint to view my users's activations, trials, etc.

Viewing these things have started to take up a significant amount of my time, to the point where I'm contemplating building a simple dashboard to view these metrics in a specific location. Now thinking about it, I can probably turn this into a saas, but before I do that I want to validate if this is an actual pain point others have felt?

It would be incredibly helpful if you can fill in this short survey if this is relevant to you:

I'm active in the comments section if you want to talk about this :)

I've had this problem too but like @theastronaut I built my own internal tool and there are existing solutions out there. Maybe that means it's a good space to get into though as it's already validated. You could evaluate the existing solutions and write down any issues you find that you could solve better.

Yeah I'm using my own custom hacked solution too. Though I'd get the pain point validated first.

hi Shah, as a SaaS founder, i also face this challenge, but we have almost sorted out by implementing MixPanel - to our SaaS product to get the product usage, most of the issue sorted out there itself, and ofcourse, Google analtyics plays a major roll. Our two major weapons to understand more about SaaS customers. :-)

I think a prototype or application screen with a landing page would help instead of GForms.

Personally, I don't think I'd be willing to pay for it. It depends on the usecase, I think

If I earn 0-1k/mo with my product - I don't think I'd be willing to pay extra money for it, rather spend half extra minute.

If you're targeting hackers earning more - maybe you should be also looking into adding maybe some feedback to the dashboard/seo analysis/something else so that it's a place to see ALL the metrics about your product

    Good luck!

I haven't used this, just googled and found this klipfolio.com.

The website says "Data from anywhere. Dashboards for everyone.".
The free plan seems to be generous.

Here is the list of integrations they offer klipfolio.com/integrations.

In my case, I just made a simple internal tool and just pulled the data that I want to see.

I searched for alternatives to Klipfolio and it turns out there are a lot of them.
