I am Divyansh, Founder of Property Partners.
One day I was watching a video on "How to Invest in Real Estate with No Money". In that video the creator told 2-3 Ways:
Take a Loan and pay it when you sell the property.
Find someone that can Invest with you and you both share the profit (probably your Friend).
I discussed thought that not everyone can have such friends to invest, so I thought "is there any way I could provide a solution to these people?" and after some days I came across a post on LinkedIn the person who posted was a builder and he was asking that "I am building this and that project is anyone interested to invest ?".
That's where my I got this idea of Property Partners. That I can maybe create a Platform where these builders can list their project to get the Funding and Investors can invest in good opportunities. So both parties have a profit in one platform, 2 in 1
