Hi Everyone!

I'm Shane, a full-stack software engineer who's spent the last several months building SkillSynchrony.

Ironically, I built it while going through my own job search.

After juggling applications, recruiter emails, interviews, follow-ups, and spreadsheets, I realized I was spending almost as much time managing my search as I was applying for jobs. I wanted a tool that could automatically organize everything using AI instead of forcing me to update spreadsheets manually.

That idea eventually became SkillSynchrony.

I just launched it publicly and I'm excited (and honestly a little nervous) to start getting feedback from other founders and job seekers.

Looking forward to learning from everyone here and sharing what I build along the way. 👋
