The framing was intentional on our end too. content layer and health layer sit at different points in the same merchant stack. A store that cares about one usually cares about the other, they just haven't connected them yet.

Honestly the biggest time sink right now is distribution - figuring out where my customers actually are. Building was the easy part 😅
What does PrepProject help with specifically in the operations side?
Ah, distribution is definitely the harder part for most founders!
The main bottleneck I deal with is removing unclear priorities which turn into launch chaos. This looks like organizing backlogs, coordinating releases, managing timelines.
