Thank you for the question. I tend to separate those activities by day/night or shifts. In one instance, I work on the project, grow it, solving issues in the already established production cycles; on the other hand, working on a completely different new product with prototyping, user testing, and further development.
As I saw, you are an experienced product manager. Do you have a recommendation on how to scale a product constantly and gradually?
