Love the focus on solving scheduling friction right in the chat! The Telegram integration is smart - people already spend so much time there. The privacy-first approach with encrypted data is a huge selling point that sets you apart from bigger players. The challenge mentioned by Khushi about breaking the 'send me your Calendly link' habit is real - but building this directly into messaging flows where scheduling conversations naturally happen seems like the perfect solution.
