I've got a long history of building all sorts of thing and over the past 6 years I've built Baremetrics as both a product and the team around it based on 15 years of "making stuff". The whole team is very entrepreneurial and collectively we've got more side projects than I can count.

So, my hypothesis here is that our company could be a wonderful place for talented people to come and build something used by thousands of people and while getting your feet wet creating a profitable business. Then, you can take what you've learned and apply to your own business down the road.

We're currently a team of 8 and while we've previously taken on a bit of angel money years back, we're completely profitable and not looking to ever raise again.
