Hiring and candidate experience

Hello, all

Recently I was thinking a lot about the hiring process and I come to an idea I like.

For now, I call it "green hiring", here is how I formulate it:

Green hiring is a process of hiring when a company optimizes resources spent by both the company and potential employees. Opposed to regular hiring, when only resources spent by the company are optimized.

I almost sure, there should be a term for this already, but I can't find it.

Maybe you know such a term?
