Hiring Biz Dev Reps, and People Ops Manager

Hello! I work at AirDev, we're a software development agency, but no one at the company codes. We do all of our building in no-code, and have been building in the space for the last five years now.

We have a network of no-code developers, designers, and PMs scattered across 13 countries. We want to put more focus on developing this existing community, and help it scale going forward. That's where the People Ops Role comes in (application link at bottom). Looking for folks with a passion for and experience with working with people, and those that are excited about building out what I think is the most exciting part of AirDev.

The second role is a Business Development Representative position. In this role, you'll be the first face-to-face (albeit online) touch with potential AirDev clients. You'll have the opportunity to see tens of new and diverse business and product ideas every week. Your job will be to understand a lead's concept, talk through AirDev's methodology, and make sure there's a good fit in both directions. I think this role is great for those that are interested in tech, no-code, or looking to build solid Product Management foundations, whether or not you already have a technical background.
