Hiring: Chief Product Officer (CPO) [UK, Equity Offered] for Apigale
As a Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will play a pivotal role in leading our product strategy and driving innovation. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from the ideation of every feature to its launch, and ensuring our product aligns with the company's vision and goals.
Your first task in this role will be to support our upcoming beta launch.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategy
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product improvements
- Define and prioritise product features and requirements based on customer needs and market demands
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the successful development and delivery of products
- Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives
- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators to track the success of product initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Experience with managing SaaS products, understanding how APIs work
- Proven experience as a product leader, preferably in a similar role
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of product management principles and methodologies
- Proficient in market research and analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Compensation: This position is part-time and does not offer a salary until the first investment round is closed (planned after the public launch -- see the roadmap). However, equity in the company will be offered as part of the compensation package.
