Hiring: Data Engineer for Dodo Lens

Dodo Lens is a Visual Search app that has users from 177 countries. We are growing and looking for people who are passionate about building and managing modern software and comfortable with learning latest technologies.

Your Role as Data Engineer

You will be responsible for designing data structures and developing algorithms. A strong knowledge in programming and data structures is expected.

We expect that you:

Master data fundamentals: code architecture, design patterns, data modeling, unit and integration testing, data storage systems
Basic understanding of machine learning
Basic understanding of image processing
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and technology choices
Are comfortable with the technologies we use and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
Own and maintain architecture and software documentation
Pay attention to the details while keeping an eye on the big picture
Communicate and collaborate well within a team
