Hiring Entrepreneurial Content Marketing Manager

Hey IHs,

We're hiring! We build, launch and market startup products with entrepreneurs (clients). We are seeking the support of an entrepreneurial content marketing manager with experience writing and leading short and long-form startup/entrepreneurship-focused posts (articles, guides and research-backed content like white papers).

As a content manager with us, your 3 main responsibilities are,

1. Brainstorm and suggest new guides and article topics.

2. Create and manage the editorial calendar, outlines and ensure timely publications.

3. Proofread, re-structure and edit articles by our writer while ensuring the quality of the content meets the company's standards.

This is how a typical work month looks like,

1. In the first week, we all individually brainstorm topic ideas, create draft outlines for them and then meet to share those ideas and agree on the topics for the month. Everything is uploaded to Trello with clear deadlines.

2. Based on our conversation, our writer begins her work and send you the drafts for your editing and enhancement.

3. You send me the edited posts for review and publication.

At least one of the monthly posts is a thorough guide that sometimes includes original research and analyses about startups. For this post, you will work with a researcher/analyst and writer to plan the outline and manage the writing and successful completion of the post.

Some of the posts will be published on major publications and some others on the company blog.
