Hiring: Front End Developer for The VOID NFT Marketplace

WHO WE ARE:
The Void Marketplace is a global decentralized NFT marketplace. Our mission is to create a user-friendly, low fee, interoperable marketplace where users discover rare and unique NFTs with a business model centered around community-driven initiatives and incentives. The Void NFT Marketplace will combine the best of both worlds between an open and invite-only marketplace, while also providing an opportunity for other ecosystem partners, influencers, celebrities, ect, to join an exclusive platform to showcase their NFT project and unique brand. We will also provide our most loyal community members the opportunity to earn rewards and participate in platform governance. We are building the marketplace on top of Constellation’s Hypergraph Network, the first and only true Layer Zero distributed protocol.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Front End Developer will be responsible for developing the front end of our NFT marketplace platform to enable artists and creators to collaborate and connect in a chain agnostic environment.

Engage with CTO daily and keep track of UI/UX software trends to align Void with its technology growth strategy
Build MVP: Build out Void’s web presence and the NFT marketplace. Be in charge of end-to-end implementation, development of the frontend, testing, deployment)
Work alongside lead product manager, and CTO to ensure ongoing product-market-fit: Serve as front end tech lead to implement features, maintain log of prioritized improvement with new and existing functionalities, implement changes/new features to improve product and end-to-end user journey, and work with product manager to communicate product updates seamlessly to users
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with operations, developers and designers to build and maintain the product (e.g. designer to inform on UI and/or UX, PM to inform on UX and end-to-end customer experience etc.)
Take ownership and accountability for technical deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
Skilled front end developer/engineer with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages(React.JS strongly preferred)
Technology stack includes TailwindCSS, React, NextJS, Javascript
Experience working with design software such as Figma and Sketch
Understanding of key design principles; experience with responsive and adaptive design
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
